As a copywriter and content designer on the Trane Residential rebrand and rebuild, I worked with our design team to conceptualize an entirely new user experience across the site. I designed new tools, crafted new content and brainstormed new flows with the intention of making an easier and cleaner site for the user, as well as generating more profit for the client. In addition to redesigning web experiences, I've also worked to create unique advertising campaigns for Trane Residential. With these landing pages, I worked with a designer to create user experiences optimized for four different homeowner demographics: young current or future homeowners aged 25-35, homeowners in the process of moving, homeowners living in an area with poor outdoor air quality, and longtime homeowners. With these tailored landing pages, overall website traffic increased over 10% in three months.




New York Presbyterian Hospital
As a copywriter tasked with advertising both employee healthcare programs in the hospital and an ongoing sweepstakes, I created this series that ran as a 15 second video spot in all NYP elevator hospitals.
